Today, while waiting for my polyclinic turn, which usually takes 2-3 hours, I pop by the NTUC Fairprice shelf to see what is left on it...

I am HAPPY! I still see Ferrero Roche, M&Ms, Dove Chocolates, Cadburys, BOOST!, Crunch and many more!!! =D

Yeah... my chocos are unpoisoned.

I still see Dutch Lady milk in packet form... so chen2, u are safe! :)

KUALA LUMPUR: Ignore text messages that tell you not to buy certain milk-based products.

This advice came from Health Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai who said yesterday that such messages contained lies."Disregard the SMSes. They are just meant to scare people for no reason," he told the New Straits Times.

Yesterday, a text message was circulating telling people not to buy products such as certain brands of chocolate and ice cream because of "China's milk situation".

Included on the list were milk and chocolate products such as M & Ms, Snickers, Dove, Oreo wafer sticks, Dutch Lady sterilised milk and ice cream such as Wall's natural mango, Mini Poppers ice cream, Magnum and Mini Cornettos.

The message also claimed that these items were being recalled.

Leg-breaking Night Cycling Experience

Yesterday we went overnight cycling. I was prepared this time! I slept late into the morning plus took afternoon nap before going. I also drank COKE and KOPI to give myself enough caffeine! :) *hui pats herself on the back* Well done! haha

I think Jieying looks so cute here! haha... cant help posting this pic! This was at the Prata store... Jieying says she is 85% glad that she came for the night-cycling. The 15% is due to her tiredness after that plus she was already exhausted from her Tennis training in the afternoon.

2nd stop: East Coast Park.

We rode on the Park Connectors (PCN, what is N? Some suggestions: Park Connectors Neh nanny poo poo, or Park Connectors Nanannannaa or Park ConNectors??...Anyone knows?) So cool! Didnt appreciate Park Connectors until this cycling trip. It is really a good idea and a good construction done by our govt! :)

We finally reached ECP at 0m mark! I was reporting to all how many more km before ECP is reached... the Park Connectors are nice to ride on, wide and smooth enough and also, the updates of the distance help alot! :)

Yeah! I am excited... We manage to get a well-sought after solemniser, Mr Jude Yeo, for a meet up session. :) *Jem found him from forums, Comments: ppl say he good, got share advice on how to keep marriage strong and etc...*

If everything goes on fine, we will have him to solemnise our wedding :) Yeah!!! SO happy! =D

We went to the Singapore Flyer for free! (erm, jem has to pay 75% of his tix)

Anw, we tried to take many pictures in night mode but it is so DIFFICULT! haha. It is either can see us no background or vice versa... so irritating... and in night mode, you cant have shaky hands as the aperture takes a longer time to close for more light to enter...

One nicer pic of top view of singapore... i like to see the cars like so small and forming a chain... the lights from the car are very beautiful from that angle! ;0)

NICE!

The flyer is so so only... got bored quite quickly hahaa... took more fotos than enjoy the scenery. Might want to reconsider before going again (esp when need to pay!!!)

Bainan and Mrs Chuah said these flowers are very lasting!!!

True enough they are very lasting!

Ever since the day I bought until now it has been blooming non-stop. There are like 10 buds below the flowers and they are just re-blooming here and there....

When I look at the buds, I see how they turn from green to white to pink over like a few hours and a few days. I feel so amazed by it... Who could have created this miraculous thing called life? Moreover, it is so beautifully manifested in these flowers.

No one but GOD alone.

Our Wedding Package

We signed our wedding package at a Wedding Show at Marina Square. Really by faith, cos the one we signed is the first shop we sat down and listen to...

God is good, cos we heard great reviews about the shop after signing and we really got quite a good deal... :) we asked for many many poses. Promised not to share the package out... but if you want, you can call my sales person and say we referred you :) then maybe can also get a comparable one... :) unless inflation!

Package is $3388 in all. Paid $1560 deposit over 12mths via my Lady's card... =D

Lesson learnt: Installments are important for wedding preps cos you nvr know when you need liquid cash! :)

Teachers' Day Celebration 2008

HappY TeachErs' DaY!

I really enjoyed myself during Teachers' Day this year! The theme was "Back to School"! so here we are in our VJC uniform... that is Ms Shar Ren Wang and me! :)

My civics class 08s42 is really sweet... They bought Macdonald's breakfast for me! I am really happy cos EVERYONE turned up even though they were saying that they might not want to come to sch etc... They really amazed me... Even Minghui who left home late still came down and Niming who was involved in some skipping rope thingy also came down... *touched*

He has to eat his own creation first! hahaa.... then i ate oso... wow it is so disgusting! but i thk it is all psychological.... hahaa... cos it is just strawberry jam!

How could I let the rest go? We played again and Ruoyu kana! haha... I suggested Guowei eat with her! There u see GW trying to feed Ruoyu and she is clapping for joy hahahaa! =D

Last sunday's sermon is SO SO AWESOME.... i so wished that all my dearest frens would be present to listen...

These few days very sleepppyyy... duno why... slp too much or too little?? hehee... even right now.. as im typing this.. my eyes are like almost closing.....

My machine for my lab work is spoilt!! the Lamp like got some problem... today some of us went to try it... then the result that comes out is rather bazaar... duno ley.... sianx......

For the computational studies... also funny funny. For those who duno wat is tis, there is actually a program that does calculations of molecules..... so is like i draw the molecule in a certain way and i submit it into the program. then it will go calculating for hours then i will get ONE value..hahaha after hours....
the thg is ah... i ran this for like 44 hours already and it is still happily running.... GOD HELP!!!! I pray that it will not be wasted... God move ur hands... let it converge (means the value get to the lowest energy...) then it will be completed. . .

Abit waste time cos i come sch jus to chk on the file and it is still calculating yday and today. so basically i came for nth.... I jus hope tt it will end soon without any error. if nt REALLY waste time.... haiyOYOoo...

Huijing is also very poor thg... Today i met her to pass her her survey forms also for her honours proj.... she is psychology major... wahhh.... is like nd to do 250 surveys for undergrads... and duno hw many more for adults.... I try helping her get 6 copies done already not easy. cos the survey is quite long...

Honours really not easy... Yeeaaaa im goin to grad soon ... can u believe it?? the Long awaited moment... :):) one more sem... yeayea

My Honours Project
Some of you know abt my Hon Proj "feng1 bo1"... I was very happy when i got my first choice...cos i tot it would nt be easy to get it... I praise God for tt...
Then just last week Wed, I was struck with a shockin news tt my professor (Incharge of my proj) has resigned.. I was told to either pick a new proj or continue my proj under a co-supervisor who maynt be interested in me or the proj at all....
I was SHOCKED... CONFUSED...Taken-abacked.... POWERRRRRRRR at how things may change overnite.... b4 tt weili and i were still discussin how Dr A.Szeto can help me in my Proj...
I really din know wat to do... jus prayed+fasted... (thx 2 those who prayed+fasted w me... ;))

the story is long... like i duno wat to do... like change or dun change......
aniHow, i came to conclusion tt i decided to change to Dr Leong LP 's proj on "Kinetics of DPPH and Hexyl Gallate in Hexane..."

I believe that all things will work tog for my good at the end of the day... im stil believin God for my First class Honours... I am believinG God for an A in my proj....

I know that God's ways are higher than our ways... sooo... :) I think tt God made all these for a purpose.....
Tho it seems like against me on e surface...... u nv know wat God has installed for me!! :) He sees things in the realm of eternity!! (learnt from bible study)

I am jus feeling so weird now... duno to be happy or to be sad....
Jus feeling teary... i jus shared my heart out thru sms to my dearest cgm... i really hope tt things will be better from now on... :) n i knw it will be... :)

I really feel that each of us ... no matter hw old we are ... we can afford to love God more, do serve God more... to make a difference whereever we are. Even in our class, in our cca, in our family... the bible says "do not despise ur youth... but be an example in faith, in conduct... in everything u do..."

I oways feel encouraged to hear abt the city harvest story. how pastor kong n all the rest of the 20 youths who served God like nobody's biz in their youth. hw old were they? 15, 16. many started preachin, teachin bible studies, taking cgs, servin in many many ministries. did they study hard? yes... stil balanced with their studies...

I feel amazed at how come, God can use them... so young!!! n nw im 22. i jus think tt i could have done much more. if GOd cn use them...God can use me too!

One generation is like dilutin after another.... I really pray tt city harvest culture to preserve GOd's presence n purity n that FERVENCY FIRE>.. it willl nver dilute or die down as our church Grow... i pray God tt the next generation will catch hold of the vision...our church is growing. pastor is ageing... YOUTHS COME ON! we needa rise up .... it is our time... to take the batton......

I pray tt the next generation... be in my ushers my cgm or whoever... will put God first... No BGR, no rubbish thing will stop them from fulfilling GOd's purpose in them. not even "BORING" things. or watever. i mean who LOVES STudying? WHO LOVES to do all these farnie things...... who loves to b BOUND by e singapore study system ... who LOVES it? please..... no one LOVES It. but why did we choose to do well? it is all cos we want to glorify GOd.. tt is e only reason...

I remember in old church, in E32... we had a revival in ACS (barker road). Right now the fruits tt came from tt revival were pp like Davin, Raymond,Jasper, Cedric, Carter....n many many many more. Im v touched when i read that msg tt was sent to raymond. I recalled them sharin in cg abt the work of God during those prayer group meetings they had in sch. They invited their frens, worshipped God, ministered, prayed for each other. Presence of God was so real. It is so amazing! tt person still remembered Ray, still remembered those days! + all of them:--- davin, ray , cedric were still in sec sch!:)

Really God can use e youth to make a difference.. leavin behind a legacy that lasts... it is like almost 7 years already! :) PRAISE GOD for the work...... :)

Use the strength of ur youth to serve God...n you will nv regret it! :)

One thing sad today is recycling.......... all my ushers disappeared. was disappointed. only usher left was auntie betty lor! :( where are my ushers? is there not a cause??

TOday's lab was HORRENDOUS! ya... it was the long-awaited lab QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS FOR ORGANIC CHEMISTRY
we are given this unknown mixture (everyone different) then we are supposed to test this test that.. then SEPARATE The mixture into two cpds...... then do those melting point, boiling point tests,...spectroscopy..bla bla. functional gp test.... LIke those QA we did in sec sch...jus tt more cheeeem 10000 times...and THEY DUN GIVE U THE PROCEDURE! then the unknown is like from A BIG BIG BIG RANGE! that kind lorr.r....

then hoooooorrrrrrrrrrrrr u knw? today BIG MISTAKE happen in my lab..... i got this mini outburst of compound due to pressure built up in the funnel! then my compound was all over the table...BOOHOoOO!O!Oo ok lar... some compound lost... then after tt the TA (teachin assistant) say I DO WRONGLY! NO SUCH THING as an acid and a base mixture! then i FAINT FAINT! then she say.... go get a new compound and REDO!

FAINT FAINT!

i already struggled for 3 hours... (9-12) then she say redo! i faint faint immediately
Then my own TA was havin lunch.... I was so exasperated i CRIED! cos takin a new compound means minusing like 20% or sth like tt.. tt is like ALOT. then ok lar.... in e end after doin another 5 hours of separation ....... i managed to separate out somethings..............

wellll....... other pp duno do until where already. i still at step no.1...hahah

I am overwhelmed by so much work these days. When i go online... machiam always doin some work. Chattin online is like rare things these days... so if i happened to chat with u, u mus feel v honoured ok! :)

I felt really stretched. There is so much to cope. I hope to see myself grow in greater capacity. Really have to rely on God's strength to see me through all these...

This week again have to do the project that our dearest lecturer A.H. ask us to do.. :(
Thank God it is goin to be the last Project for this module. It is realli tough. Duno how to start again. God, really need ur grace! GRACE GRACE GRACE!

Also, there is assignment lar .. and lab report as usual.
Nx week gonna do the EXCITING organic lab... given an unknown.. we needa do experiments to separate out the mixture and determine wat is it.... :( I need His grace to see me thru it all...

Sat i goin for benny hinn! so exciting... Everytime God's hands move mightily to heal or do any miracles... His presence will be so thick and I will be so touched by Him.... :) I hope that everyone will go with faith to help build up the atmosphere and of course many people will get saved. Today is quite a different new year.. After my grandma passed away... we went to less places.. and This year my sister had to fly on New year's eve thru 3/4 of chu2... It is so boring w/o her... I had to take foto myself. haha No more crazy fotos.. :( sad... this year...celebrate cny single. Go to less 1 place.

As a result.. this year ang pao drop alot... some of my relatives, i dun thk we even meet. Quite sad.

But then I still took some "star" fotos and Crazy fotos. but really few compared to usual...

I am really growin fatter! I gained 2 kg since i started work at A SLIMMING COMPANY! but i never take the products lar... except the health supplement... but aniway it sounds quite ironical rite? :)

My fren told me tt my replacement was nt as efficient as moi..... haha finally got pp appreciate me .... but only at my absence. SIGH. nevermind. I always do my best one lor.... jus tt it is always nt enuff... Nevermind. My conscience is clear. Wow pp at work really do backstab. smile here. then at the back do sth else.... Also... some have 2-face.... welll i guess......other than church....my dearest frens tt i grew up with... i cant find anyone else w really pure heart. that really LOVE u n no sign of selfishness at all............

U knw i learnt sth...... tt even tho some pp may seem nice to u...smile at u... "take care of u" but when things dun work well... all the relationship seem like nth man........ I was shocked at this. But maybe to u workin pp ... it is already a Jia Chang Bian FAn ba?

guess wat? i am suffering frm sore throat ........ due to my screaming yday at my cg outing! haha

we had a steamboat party! then after tt we went ryan's hse.

U knw waT? he is pirate king. All vcd spoil spoil one.haha. then we conclude tt it is the vcd player's fault.. not the vcds...haha

then we like change so many discs lor. all jump here jump there. then hang. We gave up!
suddenly super tired lor... after trying a few discs....

Then the guys keep playin wat soccer championship PS2 game. CHEY! i look at ryan's games.... all not nice one! nt appealin at all.... nt even bomber man.

Then we play a fun game... tt my ex cg, w213, played last time. Cindy modified the game from a signlanguage game... V fun and exciting.... Too exciting liao. keep screaming... duno ryan's neighbours can hear us or not. but heard tt once door close is SOUNd ProOf...haha. OH YA... that is the reason why i got sore throat now....hahah :) abit coughy...

This year... when i got my results i tot my dream of getting dean's list was shattered. Cos i got a B+.
USually when there is a B , then one cant get into the dean's list...........

Thank God for being faithful even when sometimes we lose faith................. My prayers for the whole semester din go into waste.... I mus jiayoU! :)

New Year New Visions!

It is like a twinkling of an eye... the year 2004 has jus passed....

It was indeed a tough and yet eventful year. I cant remember much of Jan-May....

However, from June onwards, things begin to take flight.

June:- Emerge Conference
A time of real stretching... Took part in Talentime and POS concurrently. It was a physical stretch for me and also a spiritual stretch. Made alot of strong frenships and of cos learnt alot of things from each other. Talentime got in finals and POS got 2nd! :)

July-August:-NUS ministry...Reaching out.
PGP BBQ...Ubin trip... Followup outing... Prayer mtgs... It was jus happening and awesome. We are jus makin impacts.
Alice and I built vv strong frenship... :) and shaun too.
Service multiplied. took new team... New challenges... Adults and Youths mix... All the frenship have to be rebuilt. Esp when i came from a "dream" team...

Sept-Oct:-Many revelations...Visions
I was inspired by Bro Victor's testimony abt how he put God first and he got his research bk published...not jus one paper but two! It was amazing. I was inspired to study my best to get dean's list.
God also encouraged me alot to keep the rite attitude and stay in his atmosphere. there i will find authority in Jesus' name... :)

Nov-Dec:-Tidal waves...
It was not so smooth for me... Though many pp may not know. I had to make strong decisions. Yet... I didnt want to... I still waitin for things to happen.. Things seem so rocky. really up down up down... i am so tired.
I fell sick (really sick) for over 1.5 weeks. I think it was timely to make myself more health conscious. To think abt exercising more. ha! and buildin up immunity. I was so stressed i couldnt think straight. Drivin test ( failed 2nd time) boo hooo. NIghtmares abt tests and driving!
I think I was pressed in from all over. I was nearly bursting. Yet I had to hold on.
My cg disbanded. We went separate ways. However... I was glad actually to have a new start.
I was very excited when i see so many youths. cos i felt tt i could impact youths much much more. :) I miss the days where we have so many members and the frens come and stay immediately! I miss good fellowship.
Amanda left. I was so so sad. I was shocked.
My relationship with my gang has sort of drawn closer. with some of the people...
I was starting to get frustrated in ministry cos the rest doesnt seem to see wat i see. Things are not happening.

However, this year did end on a good note. I had great fellowships with my new multiplied cg, N274... We went to have a happening countdown for Christmas and New Year haha. We built good frenships... We cared enough to give. We cared enough to turn up. I got my results
A, A, A-, A-, B+. That was thru my tough times.... I was like depressed everyday n jus recovered n was overly stressed. So it was already vvv good ( i came to realise it) THank u Jesus...
My frens showed alot of concern for me........ they really stood by me even till now... I had great frenship with Grace :)

New year visions:
1) To be happy. Strong emotionally.
2) To be strong in my will. Not to waver.
3) To be a CGL.
4) To be physically trained up.
5) To get into dean's list.
6) To bring 2 pp to the Lord and discipled.

I thank Jesus for seeing me thru this year 2004. It was indeed a year of trials and testings. However, thank U for being faithful... and not losin hope in me.... :) LOVE U!!!!!!!! LOVE ALL my frens! :) HUGZ!

Though i dun knw wat exactly Junxiang went thru, i was vvv sure tt he deserved the MOST transformed award........

From the time i knw him till nw, i also noticed some change...
He has learnt tithing....and it has become a conviction instead of a preference....

He is really teachable. sometimes u see him siao siao. but he really will think thru when u speak to him.........

I am really v proud of him.

v sad tt no more same cg as Junxiang, Edwin and Yongyi....
i think tt they are all v wonderful brothers.... tt r so willin to learn and open to be taught! :) can definitely go far worrrrr....

"juz wan to thx God for changing my life la cuz last time i use to scold bad words and do those "bad thing" la and oso abb my study i use to fail almost all my subjects cuz very lazy ma but after knowing God my whloe entire life was change i stop soclding bad words cuz juz donno y i jusz stop scolding lor perhaps the power of God make it happen ba and oso i started working hard on my studies to bring Glory to his kingdom la then for my final year exam i only fail three subjects which is already very good for me la and i even get the course i wanted to study la and i was promoted to the 2nd best class in the Sec 3 la....so really wan to thank God for tt la... "

Then i went shopping with cin. then aft tt we went suntec for the midnite sales... (which my sister sent me by email)...
With high hopes, we went there and we saw nothing much. NOT much sales...

However, we have fuN! haha
we went carrefour. There was this whole basket of colorful golf balls.
One for $1 wor....
aniway, there were three trays there for pp to hold the balls...

Then i had an idea... to play an exciting game! that is to collect all the same coloured balls as quickly as possible...see whole win!

I want to share my testimony!!!! v exciting! cos got so many!

1) my dad was very sweet... he went to get a hp for me.... tho it is free... but it is the thot that counts... vvvv sweet of him!!!!!!!!

2) i was sick for a week like tat... then i took a few tests during that period... i got them back liao. i wan honour the Lord for being so faithful to me... and seeing me thru even tho i was physically down... all the praying came tog... i got 91% for my level 4 module!!!!!!! praise be the LORD and HIM ALONE! :)

3) Yday, was my dearie's bday... there was alot of sharing and we prayed for him... i believed that God came... and ministered!!!!!! :) PTL!!!!!!!!

4) Today.... i had to rush my lab reports.. two of them. i had to hand up by 5pm before the lab closes. Yday i was too tired to do anything. so this mornin i only had half a report done. still got 1.5 report ... then i told meself that i am goin to reach sch by 1pm. however, at 1230 i was still at my first report. then i set another target ie 3pm leave my house. at 2pm i finally finished by 1st lab report. Thank God the 2nd one was shorter.... i finished at 345pm like that. But i need one hour to get to sch.....

The horrible thing happened... i wanted to print then suddenly the printer showed... low black ink!!!!!!!!!! i cant let the ink go dry cos... my printer will stop functioning once EITHER black or coloured ink goes dry! (mad printer) but aniway... then i decided to use colour ink to print my black stuff... then.... suddenly!!!!!! i realise NO MORE PAPER! sheesssshhhh. i dig out PURPle paper wanted to print on those.. then i dig dig dig PRAISE THE LORD! i found this stack of whitepaper! ha

Then i manage to get all out. then har... i paper feed and it worked.....BUT!!!!!!!! when i tried printing again. the printer was offline!!!!!! oh my Gosh.. time is ticking like 4 plus liao lor.. then i off and on and off and on the printer but it refused to be connected to my com irritating! then i thot die. have to go sch print. then CBLC (printing place) is closed for exam break.. then sci library never print before. then arts library too far. ahhhhh. then hor... i went to send my files to my email and packed my bags and change clothes. THEN i think think like not enuff time even to print in sch. then i panicked and i CRY OUT TO God......" God please help me make the printer work..... i need it to work now.." Then i went to try again!!!!!!! TADAH! hahahah! it was online again! hahahA ! GLORY TO HIM! then hor i could print again! Miracle. then i printed my stuff... and time tickin fast near to 430pm liao. i hurry run out of my house. In the lift... i was like praying like mad... God u mus provide me with a cab (a few days before i couldnt get a cab for a long while)....
When i got to the road... there was a cab jus stopping to let someone out! WOW! i was so amazed at God's efficiency. then I ran across and was abt to hop on . then the uncle say change shift... then i say nevermind..... Diao! haha. BUT guess wat? GOd is still good..... v good! i lift up my eyes and TADAH another cab is infront of me. in fact got TWO!
then the cab speeded and reached sch quickly! tho i abit car sick! haha. but PTL!!! i reached sch at around 445pm....
I rushed to the lab to hand up. the lab tech say HUH SO LATE AH... some of the reports have been taken for gradin already! then i was stunned. and i was afraid i was late... then the lady say.... nevermind ok lar... u can go liao! then i heaved a sigh of relief!!!!!!! happening siah! haha! PTL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glory to Him and Him alone!!!!!!!!!!

i thank God for Pastor Kong's msg these two weeks.... POWERFUL!

Last week's svc, i was truly impacted by the msg.... I felt that it was really in season... that is why the anointin and presence of God was SUPER tangible (could be felt very strongly) in the svc.....

Pastor shared 4 simple yet powerful points... from ps 100

Points that impacted me:
1) All of us carry an atmosphere... it can be anything. eg... the atmosphere of fear. the atmosphere of anxiety. the atmosphere of depression...

However, Pastor of cos urged us to carry the atmosphere of God...
I was impacted by this... cos i felt that sometimes i carry the atmosphere of fear... i felt that i cant be the leader that God is raising up. i cant believe that i can be someone great for the Lord. i allow fear or disbelief to enter...

After the msg, i was challenged to make the atmosphere i carry the presence of God!

2) Another thing that impacted me was... tat i want my house to be filled with God's presence.
Today, i walked around my entire house... to pray and worship God.... I invited God to come and dwell in my hse... I even asked God to make my toilet the place of revelation...(pastor say..when he bathed he hears from God too..! ideas come...)

I prayed for my family.... i laid hands on their beds and prayed for them.... :) i pray that God will make my house His dwelling place

3) a big revelation that i felt God was speakin to me in the past months... was confirmed during svc...

Pastor shared if we carry the ATMOSPHERE of God and if we have the right ATTITUDE of teachability and humility and wanting to do God's will.... then ... God 's AUTHORITY will be there....
we can command mountains to be cast into the sea... Sicknesses and cancer to GO in Jesus' name!

Yes... and how it applies to me... is tt i believe that God will give me authority to overcome many things. I will ve such CONFIDENCE that God will be there... even at times when i duno wat to do. (like come to my wit's end...come to the end of myself)
I knw that some how... God will show up. God will come and make all things work out for my good.... cos we love God...and are called accordin to His purpose....

I am happy tat God is changing me.....
Indeed as i praise and worship Him ... as i prayed more these days.... i felt tat the Joy of the LORD is indeed my strength....
He saw me thru my reports and tests. i was not fearful...but was confident that i can do it...cos GOd is with me.....

So long since i last blogged....

Went thru quite abit.... was emotionally down.......

and was super busy with school.... until erm.... fell sick... high fever for almost one week siah.... really terrible....

missed one svc and one cg..... sob sob.....

Nevermind now... i am strong and healthy! ha! I even radiate! my sister and my frens say so....

new resolution.... to drink ALOT of water... take vitamin B12 complex and vitamin c everyday! ha......... yea hve been doin soo.... i knw u mus be thinkin that is the reason for my nice complexion rite
hahahaha!

aiyo... these days i feel that i am feelin really happy...
cos i think i am doin God's will ba....
I am teachin alot of pp things and i love it.... i think it is my calling....
to teach not jus academic stuff... but ushering wise.... taught the younger ones stuff...other leaders...helpers...
yea... HAPPY!

Last sun, during communion i really think that our section is super.....
we really ve a lack of manpower... we have to provide greeters (8of them) and already lack of pp before they left.... however, i am reallly proud of everyone's effort....
Guess how many pp were doing wine??? 3!!!!! and out of the 3 two are really new ! WHACK rite?
u mus be doubtin me rite now... but it is true. Cos a group of us are doin wafer (madelyn was in charge), a group of us are sorting out the trays, a group of us are separating the brown and red wine... and a group of us are wiping trays...........
yea... no more pp doin wine.!
whack rite??? but i felt that everyone helped one another and it went off well ... slow but steady.haha~! i felt that i learnt alot.... and i felt really happy at all the ushers' attitude.... :) v happy .......... felt that we did sth great together... :)
After tat when we are servin... it was yet another big mess... two of my ushers din come down on time... came later.. then the zone S2b was messy.... the extra trays were also messed up.... well... but nevermind... in the end, i was quite shocked that i was not panicky. i was able to be steady steady BOM PI PI! haha. aniway... when we went down .... our dearest berwin drop the tray haha. but nevermind... ha! thank God for extra wine.ha! :) ushers gave out to the rite zones....never S2 give S3..haha. phew.... :) Praise God for section 12!!!

I jus changed cg.... now is under sister patricia E323!... i am integrating well... i have got some new frens... that i am quite good with... junxiang lar... cindy lar....

weixin and i are also improvin in our relationship. alwyn(he is my new cgm! ha cant believe it rite?) also.hmmm haha

Today i had like two tests...... surface science and maths quiz...

wow! really... v the tired lor.......... studied until 3am then i think the coffee effect like too much..until i cant sleep... i think 4am plus then fell asleep.

I am v happy! i thank GOd for seeing me thru today..... and ensuring that i do well.........

My takeaways frm "choosing the right partner for life CD1" : God's purpose for a family.

There must be a FUN factor in relationships...

and when one day... u stop relating to pple... u start to die on the inside...

U dun go thru the motion and jus wan bring the paycheck back day in and day out.
BUT U go thru life w a purpose with a greater vision... That u wan lead ur family, ur children, ur wife/hubby to serve God.

In a relationship, edify one another. dun always put pp down.

The greatest GLUE to unite ur family is to serve God together.

Character is CAUGHT more than TAUGHT. no matter u like it or not... u will get influenced by ur parents and they by their parents... so....... u gotta break the generational thing... if bad values are passed down!

If u are not the eldest or the parents in the family, but u are the most spiritual one, u are responsible to lead a proper life w values tt u wan them to know abt Christian living... :)

Hope u learnt sth.... as i am so blessed.

Yday was a long day for me............

I feel very emotionally drained........... Everything seem to go wrong...

Thank God for such an encouraging word from Bro Alex at the end of the day...... I really felt lifted up... esp when my leader says that he believes in me...
I want to really try my best to be confident and trust in God more.... He really spoke a word into me. I wana do more and trust God when things seem bleak. when i duno wat to do...

He gave an example: when he was teachin, if the student ask him some impromptu qt, he forgot the ans... then he will jus calm down N believe tt somehow God will remind him how to do........and when he does so....he really remembers
on the contrary, when he allows fear to step in, allows the devil to attack, then confirm wont know wat to do......

I think it really speaks to me. haha today tried on my tutee.. i did the cloze passage super hard one w her. i really believed tt God will show me the ans. when i duno, i shut the fear out! i know it is coming. but i shut it out!

not enough sleep and use too much brain storage space....

i realise that our brain works like the computer... when the storage space... the ram gets used up... it becomes really slow!

Happy: today isabelle my tuition kid could do ALL the percentage %% questions! it is like a miracle...

Sad: Billy din accompany me to go anywhere tonite...he went to play LAN w his sec sch frens.... sigh...... (1.5 weeks stuck in camp) sob sob....

1) do not SMELL the gas given out direct!

little xinyi was so innocent...she wanted to chk out wat gas is it. tho she is 99.99999% sure is Cl2 already. so lil xinyi took a DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP breadth. INHALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
smoke blurred her vision. there is xinyi. the cute xinyi w Cl2 clouds in her eyes!!!!

2) do not hold anything in ur hands when wearing ur goggles!

little cutie xinyi was holdin on to her testtube of potassium sth!... forgot.. iodide i think.... got some brown soln thing. she hold it in her left hand. then SHE PUT ON HER GOGGLES! then ...hahhahhahahaha xinyi's eyes went POP! when she saw how come the volume in the testtube decreased!!!!! poor little xinyi drenched her left shoulder w brown chemicals.

3) do not take out ur goggles in the midst of the experiment!!!!!!

Sunday....after oscar... went for meeting with sister esther.....
then i saw svc 5 leaders meeting also.... guess who i saw... Lionel!! :)

Lionel is my ex-usher... in team 10c.... after our church multiplied another svc... we became different svc and different section....
I am very proud of him... He always had a desire to serve God more in usher ministry... and has been trying his best. He has a desire to rise up to be a team ic.... and I believe that he can do it...

He jus told me that he took zone East last sunday... keke. so HAPPY! for him.... really.......

Hope that more of my ushers can also be team ICs one day!!!!!!!! *hint*

Today is my team outing...heh. attendance is hmm ok only 6/12. attd went up ... then attd dropped.... but never mind... i am happy that we enjoyed ourselves... it is a good start...

hm... i realised that my team is a big mix... all are unique individuals... there are also very young ones.... that our frequency mus change abit to reach out to them... :)

We went kenny rogers.......hmm i think it is e all time favourite usher outing place after marina south! well... samuel said he researched n tt is the cheapest so we went lor....keke

got two guest stars.... clement and jianting from team 12b.... :) sam say to be our fotographer...haha kidding only! they are also v fun bunch...

it is a pity... we end off not early not late... cant go pool... next time we can go.... din know that it is 6 per hour... so one person can one buck!

got fotos...but w ailing... she will send to me soon....

today went to study with alice.

morning study in sch. then after tt go to her house n mug.... keke...

din really study la... actually.... in the end we talked alot.......... i think it was a nice fellowship... we ate a few rounds n said grace a few rounds! alice, cj and i each took a turn to say grace~ whack!

Alice is a very sweet gal........... she is also a great fren. I remember how she helped me gather the pp during talentime to help me cheer! she is awesome! very selfless!!!! n considerate....

Today, she was askin sister Jo to pray for her housemate...doreen... I can see her passion for souls... n her love for pp...... she is very encouraging.... ALICE, KAMU CEWE MANIS!

Oh ya...today sister Jo's cg went to alice's house... and then annabelle was in the cg....
ANNAbelle was the gal who had injured her leg and was wheelchair bound.... the doctor diagnose that she cant walk..... then she was accompanying her mum or aunt to Pastor Peter Chu's service.... then Pastor prayed for her...... then she was COMPLETELY healed..... she literally jumped out of her wheelchair!! Praise the LORD!

i remember her testimony clearly.... she is very pretty also. I came to know her personally during the SOT Certificate of Completion.... :)

Oh ya..... talkin abt HEALING testimony! u know.... Alice..my vvv dear fren.... 's mother.... was nearly blind... alice invited her mum to indonesian service in city harvest... it was a normal svc... HOwever, her mum was miraculously healed......cos she prayed n asked God to heal her....
Now...she has good eye sight.... u should see her.... she is serving God so joyfully!!!! now....:) very hospitable person.......nice fine lady!

God CAN HEAL!!!! even now! jus have to trust HIM n pray in faith! :)
with God all things are possible! AMEN!

VJC has evolved w new principal... v whacky loh. tonite they have teachers day dinner! each table got a movie theme leh... GreAse, ARabian, ANthony n CleOplatra, Pretty In PINK....Man IN BLACK... so funny. they v onz. some even MADE costume loh.... so whacky. wow inspired to go back n teach....

Mrs Choo is so cute... she wants to be havoc but the rest not v onz... she keep sayin wan put pink flowers on her hair. take pink umbrella. i told her to buy pink fluffy things on her wrist...

oh ya.. then tmr is tcher's day celebration. they goin to dance, sing, act... full fledge musical siah....
kkeke.. exciting.. but too bad at the audi...cant fit everyone..... :)

stress u know. go back ALL teachers, principal...ask u buy the GALA dinner tix... 90 bucks leh...

today...... i had another session with my tutee...

she is isabelle , primary 5... studyin in st margarets....

tmr is like her ca2... then she still cant do more than half of section C. really exasperated for her.
her mum is like so panicky... but she is like being soo cool. as if nothing is happenin tmr.

i really dun understand her. she doesnt want to tell me which part she dun understand. she dun wan to ask question. she jus stare at the paper, at me, at the air, play with her pencil......... then still duno. duno she got think or not....

i always want to have a nice tuition. where i dun ve to flare up. however...... she really made me v angry. i can explain to her sth. she understood. cos i asked her if she did. even ask her to repeat wat i explained in her own words--she could. then after tat, when i ask her to do again. she duno again....
grrr..........

U should get to see her mum. she is so worried for her... she loved her so much. she took leave to study with her n all that. but then she seem to take it for granted. she din ask her mum anything. she even din want to do.... wasted her mum's time......... her mum is realy at wit's end too...
no one really understood isabelle...........

jus have to leave it to God. for her to do well tmr....

Primary 6A class outing! whack!

Today, i went for a pri school class outing. so interesting... really long time no see them... only got one guy (the dreaded yuehan) and all others are gals.

Time really flies. 9 years have jus like passed. most of us look the same.

Mrs Morris Boey was there too... she seemed to have aged... but i can still remember the stuff that she taught... really! esp english. i still use her teachin method when i teach my Pri kids english tuition!!

It is very farnie when we start remembering all the funny stuff we invented in our Pri sch days...
"tofu shen gong"!! whack! have a vague memory of it. i was shocked Peiling even wrote a MANUAL for the game!!!

Then we remember the nick names.... Fat Cheng, Shingard, Shingelamashinguard, da da tou.......
so funny

Then we have the CROOKED TIMES.... i think the guys really had creativity.... hahha. to come out with all these....

And also. we remember the BONKERS SIXES!!! i even wrote a POEM! on us. Whack!!!! i must dig it out .... i think i still have it!

Ahh... i forgot to register for my tutorial!!!!!!! now the bidding round is OVER!!! sob sob.
Thank God only one module. Now i am waiting for 9am sharp to do swaps. First come first serve leh.. v stress... got PaLpItAtIoN already..... hw come 9am already still cannot huh? wierd..... it is so wierd! Ok. is it the NUS system or is it ME computer? haha it is me. the ADD word is so SMALL! din see..hahaha......... die die die. dun ve the slot that i want already.
